4. Payment Terms
All services provided by Cobra Servers are billed in advance. You must pay for the services you request in full before we begin provision of those services. Payments are due on a recurring basis, depending on the subscription model chosen (monthly, yearly, etc.).
We accept payments through various secure payment gateways. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details are correct and up-to-date. In case of payment failure, we may suspend or terminate your services until payment is received.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. You are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or fees that may apply to your payments in your jurisdiction.
5. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including your login credentials, passwords, and personal data. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account. Cobra Servers is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the unauthorized access to your account.

6. Service Availability
While Cobra Servers strives to ensure high availability, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
